**We are Big Ass Fans. Fun name, serious business. We design, manufacture and sell those awesome fans you see on The Block, Grand Designs, in airports, shopping centres, industrial warehouses, restaurants and more**

**We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team**

**This role will suit someone who is looking for consistent hours during the day with no rostered shifts and no weekend work.**

**Big Ass Fans Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the following**:

- Process accurate shipping and checking of merchandise in an efficient manner
- Maintain good customer relationships with internal and external clients
- Sort and place merchandise on warehouse racking in correct locations and in order
- Unload containers carefully, accurately following Health and Safety precautions
- Accurate checking of inventory against system
- Operate RF scanners to manage inventory coming in and going out
- Allocate inventory to correct locations within the warehouse
- Participate in annual stock take
- Adhere to all BAF procedures and work instructions to ensure high level of quality
- Ensure workplace Health and Safety requirements are met and take responsibility for your own Health and Safety
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and work station neat, sweep, dust and mop if required

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- To pass a Police check - Conducted by company before starting in role
- Forklift License
- Experience using high reach machinery (Preferred but not essential)
- Experience with RF scanners
- Ability to regularly lift 20kg
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Maintain a positive can do attitude
