**Job Description**:
Maybe you’re someone that can sell ice to polar bears, or you’ve been able to strike up conversations with complete strangers and have them inviting you over for dinner within five minutes - but you’ve never quite figured out how to make your talents work, especially when it comes to making a difference in your community.

**We are one of the fastest growing DES providers** (sorry, you’ll hear lots of acronyms when you join us - DES being short for Disability Employment Services) and we’re looking for someone like YOU to join our team as a Job Coach.

Basically, **you get to help our clients embark on a life changing journey** - one where you’ll be supporting them every step of the way through their job hunting process:

- You’ll be helping them create resumes that are on point and will turn heads instantly
- Practising role plays and mock interviews with your clients (**lots of laughs and giggles here**)
- Even make a few sneaky calls here and there to your thriving network of business contacts that you’ve cultivated through your **sheer force of persona** (no, really - we want YOU to drive and take ownership over YOUR role).

**Qualifications**:
There’s a bit more to it - but don’t worry, **we’re known for being a bit fastidious when it comes to our training, development and onboarding** (yes, we’ve just used a BIG WORD - but basically, we’re going to make sure you have EVERYTHING you need to succeed, when you join us). Our managers literally spend every waking moment thinking about how they can make YOU successful at what YOU do (rather than the other way around), and we like questionslots of questionsLOTS of questions Because hey, we want to know that when you come along for the ride with us (and boy is it a ride), **you’re free to be YOU and you get to bring every part of you to us.**
