**Requirements**:

- No experience needed
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Intermediate English is a must
- Must have work rights in Australia
- Passion for People
- Eager for personal/professional growth
- Being an energetic person
- Health & Physical Education Course (International or National - Fitness Certificate)
- Bachelor of Health, Sports, & Physical Education is a plus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coaching: Interact & lead members during training sessions to execute pre-planed footvolley sessions. Responsible to arrive earlier and prepare the court for the session, and to maintain high level training standards, following procedures and counsel.
- Guardian of the Culture: In charge of check before all sessions if members are wearing their training pass (wristband) and communicate to leading coach to organise the member’s pass. Assure the procedures are in place and members and others to adhere rules.
- Communication: Guarantee the communication between coach and members are fluid and clear, with respect always during sessions, and any further doubts, complaints, compliments, and questions to be addressed to the leading coach.
- Onboard Training: Read and deliver theoretical assessment when requested by leading coach, based on online training videos provided. Also, participate in onsite training sessions when requested by the leading coach, as part of the training & development program.
