As the Aged Care Quality and Education Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our residents while promoting continuous improvement and staff development. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing and maintaining the quality management system in accordance with aged care standards and regulations.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with department heads and care staff to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure best practices are followed.
- Leading education and training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in aged care best practices.
- Developing and delivering workshops and educational sessions on topics relevant to aged care and resident well-being.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of education programs and making necessary adjustments to meet organizational goals.
- Coordinating with external agencies, regulatory bodies, and accreditation organizations to ensure compliance and continuous quality improvement.
- Preparing reports and presenting findings to management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Aged Care, Nursing, Health Services, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a quality management or education role within the aged care sector.
- Sound knowledge of aged care standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving resident outcomes.

**Salary**: $83,770.09 - $142,111.52 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Punchbowl, NSW 2196: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
