- What role you will play?As a Business Manager, you will be heavily involved in the operational performance of the Financial Crime Risk division, including driving improvements and efficiencies in the way we work. This will include, budgeting and forecasting activities, headcount and recruitment tracking and people engagement initiatives, including management of internal communication channels such as Town Halls and execution of responses to staff engagement activities. You will represent the Financial Crime team in monthly operations forums, manage user access, business resilience planning and other critical operational initiatives to enable effective running of the division, including divisional governance and intranet management.
- What you offer- Prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Strong numerical, analytical and written and verbal communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills with experience in delivering key messages succinctly and effectively to senior leaders
- Ability to multi-task whilst remaining agile in a fast paced environment.

- About the Risk Management GroupIn our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
