An exciting opportunity is now available for a high achieving sales leader to join our retail operation in our brand new automotive retail operation opening in Castle Hill, as a key member of the Dutton One team.

We are looking for a team player with extensive Car Sales experience, who will coach and develop their sales teams to achieving and exceeding sales targets. The successful applicant will need prior leadership experience in the automotive industry and demonstrate a professional approach and the ability to interact positively with our sales team and customers.
- Extensive Sales Experience within the automotive industry.
- The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver sales outcomes.
- Enthusiasm about being a hands-on team player and delivering your own sales.
- Superior negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Experienced in the Professional display of vehicles.
- Ability to meet and exceed budgets, targets and KPI’s internally.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident, mature, and well presented.
- The ability to identify and quantify team and customer requirements.
- Customer first attitude.
- A current valid driver’s licence.
