Food and Beverage Manager

Albarossa Pty Ltd is seeking to hire a professional, passionate and energetic Food and Beverage Manager to join their team for the location at Koorak Kings Park in Kings Park.

Main duties to be performed:

- Estimate food and beverage consumption;
- Place orders with suppliers and schedule delivery of beverage/fresh food;
- Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards plus liquor regulations are obeyed;
- Recruit and hire staff;
- Training and managing staff;
- Make decisions in regard to every aspect of the management of the venue;
- Maintain company procedures in regard to cash handling and record keeping while observing safety protocol during opening and closing of the restaurant;
- Organizing the menus in collaboration with the chefs;
- Manage the budget for the restaurant.

Position: Full Time

Location: Kings Park, WA

**Salary**: $65,000 to $80,000
