SIXT Australia is seeking a **Full Time Revenue Management Analyst** to join our team.

**Your Opportunity**:

- Set, manage and adjust rate strategies for assigned locations based on agreed pricing strategies and/or as directed by Revenue Director.
- Create and maintain and load all Motoka and Kingmill rates via TRM and other systems, including Revenue Management Optimizing tools to all rate platforms.
- Analyse, review and implement pricing strategies based demand, seasonality, historical and utilization recommendations provided by optimizing tools.
- Review and implement pricing strategies based on analysis and research of region, market forces and seasonal events.
- Implement segmentation and channel manipulation strategies as directed by Revenue Director.
- Assist Revenue Systems and fleet Optimisation Analyst with day to day decisions around fleet movements, locations close-outs and/or fleet booking percentage settings as directed by Revenue Director or Revenue Systems and Training Lead

- Good numeracy skills to support the implementation of pricing and revenue management processes.
- Ability to understand and implement pricing and demand models/strategies.
- Ability to display thoroughness, initiative and pro-activeness
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and take direction as requested
- Data accuracy is essential
- Superior time management skills
- Desire to work as part of a larger team
- Ability to recognise process failures and put processes in place to correct the issue
- Methodical approach to work
- Demonstrated effective usage of interpersonal and communication skills
