We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic person to join our team and support our Director.

The right person will work alongside him to proactively plan, manage, coordinate, track and run a range of civil and commercial concreting projects.

We are looking for someone who has a strong construction background and is also proficient in administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the Director
- Complete quoting and tender submissions
- Ordering materials and researching products
- Liaising with clients, attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Site visits where required
- Assist with workflow and job scheduling
- Prepare project take-offs as required and ensure products and materials are organised in a timely manner.
- Undertake site inspections, pre-start meeting, toolbox talks and attend relevant stakeholder meetings
- Provide support by liaising with contractors, consultants, and local councils to ensure project milestones are met
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring project schedules to ensure efficient time management and that all key deliverables are met
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver high-quality developments
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- All other tasks as instructed to fulfill the role requirements.

**Key Requirements**:

- May have Construction / Trade Certificate / Estimating / Construction Administration experience
- Problem-solving and organisational skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- White Card
- Manual Driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- This role requires on-site work at our office location. Remote working or Working from Home is not available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
