About the role

Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly capableAdmin Office Managerto join their team in their Sunshine Coast Office. As the Admin Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Director and overall team.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing all administrative functions and procedures for the business
  • Managing administrative staff and ensuring high levels of productivity and accuracy
  • Implementing and maintaining effective office systems and processes to streamline workflows
  • Providing executive-level administrative support to the senior leadership team
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and discretion
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in an administrative management role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team of administrative professionals
  • Familiarity with construction-specific software and systems would be highly regarded
