**Driver Role: Collections Driver**

**Ticking all the boxes? Well let's get into a bit more detail about the role. In any given day you’ll**
- Be responsible for collecting recycling materials from our members using a van.
- Loading and unloading of the vehicle.
- Responsible and cautious driver.
- Clean We don't run a dirty workspace, you will be responsible for ensuring the decanting space and van are kept clean & tidy. If you aren’t willing to pick up a broom, you aren’t ready for the Sustainable Salons experience.

**We are currently looking for a casual collections driver based in NSW and the surrounding areas to cover our runs for a 6 week contract with the potential of an extension. Our depot is located in Prestons. Contractors are also encouraged to apply.**

We have a total of 7 shifts per fortnight on offer, consisting of an average 8-9 hours a day - we work on a fortnightly collection schedule, rain, hail or shine.

Our vans are 3.5t GVM, therefore a C class driver licence is acceptable.

**Experience & qualifications**
- C-class driver licence or higher
- Good driving experience
- Good communication skills & the ability to take instructions,
- Tech savvy or willingness to learn (smartphone - we use an App to complete our scheduled runs)
- Full work rights in Australia
- Ability to provide proof of vaccination for covid-19
- Ability to provide a Full Driving History Check
- We will provide the vehicle, PPE, training and all equipment needed to complete the collections part of the job._

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
