We’re lucky enough to be working with an incredible scaling business who are looking to bring a Product Lead on board to help drive their '22 product strategy, specifically in DATA, AI / ML for ecommerce
Managing a team of PM's, you'll be working with the HOP, CTO and Data Scientists to solve complex technical problems in the data domain.
Having a passion for data is a must, and ideally, you've been hands on delivering machine learning/ AI based products and a degree in data science OR work experience specalising in this field.
They’re currently monopolising the market and have a value of over $2Bill so an exciting time to join. Part of coming on board, means you get a share in that. All employees get stock options and these are set to be extremely lucrative by the time this business IPO's, which will be in the next couple of years.

**Experience they’re looking for**:

- At least 6+ years’ experience in a product management role, with a great track record of delivering world-class products - AI/ML.
- A background in Data Science, leading teams of PMs, BAs, Data Scientists.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex concepts and thinking.
- An expert problem solver who loves navigating through uncertainty to discover smart and innovative solutions.
- Strong in product delivery and able to balance speed and quality.
- You LOVE data - especially when it helps guide your decision-making process. Additionally, you understand how to best use it to test ideas and to validate hypotheses.
- Technically savvy, with a good grasp of software architecture and a genuine passion for technology.
- You put a focus on building strong working relationships with all stakeholders whether they’re technical or business.
