About The Role
  • Build a world-class content experience at Canva, from the platform and review aspects to content understanding, localisation and a Creator/Content Partner experience. You will own the strategy and roadmap for your area, in close partnership with the GM and your Engineering and Design counterparts.
  • Actively drive the strategy to build the world's most diverse and enriched AI training data library.
  • Collaborate with key product, design, marketing & operations stakeholders across the Supergroup and Canva to identify and deliver opportunities to amplify content and improve the content experience.
  • Build a great team: manage and lead a group of Product Managers working in the content space to deliver against bold content goals and drive content engagement on Canva. Continue bringing world-class talent to the team as it grows.
  • Create a vision and define the future roadmap for your product area.
  • Develop a more nuanced and efficient approach to our content production process to drive scale while maintaining content quality.

You're probably a match if

  • You have relevant experience in the content and/or marketplace space at a high-growth company with an international presence.
  • You have a good understanding of the generative AI trends in the industry and common practices.
  • You have a proven track record of collaborating and leading product teams to deliver a complex roadmap.
  • You enjoy leading a team of amazing people to ship innovative solutions and can point to a strong track record.
  • You're a strong communicator who can coordinate with engineering, data, design, and operations to achieve big wins.
  • You can generate insight from vision, data and user feedback, clearly define a direction for a team, and execute in a fast-paced environment to deliver customer value and delightful experiences.
  • You have ownership mentality and high agency to move projects from concept to reality quickly.
  • You take a proactive approach, initiating, owning and driving work from start to finish and identifying opportunities for maximum impact.
  • You are highly organized and able to work under pressure and within deadlines.
  • You are motivated by solving problems at scale with high standards of excellence and integrity.
About The Team

Content is core to Canva's product. Our templates, photos, fonts, stock media and more empower users to design anything and publish anywhere. The Content Group expands, amplifies and improves our content library of over 130M elements and templates, driving engagement with diverse user bases and unlocking growth. This role leads product efforts in this area, setting strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and improving the content journey.
