**The Role**:
As Product Lead at Haast, you'll shape the future of compliance automation by bridging cutting-edge AI technology with enterprise needs. You'll drive both product strategy and execution, managing our development process while working closely with engineering, research, sales, and customer success teams. We're looking for a strategic product leader who combines product vision and management to accelerate our AI-first product development.

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Drive product strategy and roadmap for our AI compliance platform
- Synthesise insights from customer success, sales, and technical research
- Lead the product development process from discovery to delivery
- Monitor development process and timelines using Linear
- Sprint planning and coordinate cross-functional delivery
- Create a process for collection, exploring and analysing insights from all customer touchpoints
- Define and track key product metrics and business outcomes
- Build frameworks for evaluating and prioritising new opportunities
- Work with customers to understand their compliance challenges
- Transform complex compliance workflows into intuitive product experiences
- Ensure effective communication of priorities and deadlines

**What You'll Bring**:
**Must Have**:

- Product management experience with enterprise software
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Track record of shipping complex technical products
- Experience working with engineering and research teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven approach to product decisions
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product features

- Experience with LLMs or AI-first products
- Background in legal, compliance or regulatory technology
