**What You Will Be Doing**

Our Injury Management team plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our employees, and we are looking for a dedicated **People Officer** to join our team. The People Officer provides p**rofessional and compassionate** customer service along with administrative support to the Injury Management team, injured employees, organisational leaders, and the WorkCover Agent. This dynamic role involves a v**ariety of responsibilities**, including data entry, handling pay queries, and maintaining the Injury Management database. **What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a comparable administration role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of HR Systems such as SAP and Elumina (desirable)
