**About the Role**:
Reporting to the NPI Manager you will be responsible for supporting the NPI team in contract management with ISS and Alliance contracts. Providing continuous bench marking and market insights. Review spend, maintain cost database and facilitate quarterly meetings.
Provide 5 year logistic planning and strategy for capital planning for accommodation and flights. Manage NPI capital submissions and analyze spend against plan view. Maintain Third party engagement with surrounding mine sites.

**Location**:
Leinster is located in the northern region of the Goldfields. The Leinster Village and Township offer a unique lifestyle with all the modern conveniences - an Olympic size swimming pool, health, and fitness center, race-course, and even an 18 hole golf course.

Employees commute to and from Perth on a fly-in / fly-out roster or have the option to live residentially in Leinster.

Mt Keith is located 80 kms from Leinster with a airport and Village.

**About You**:

- Previous Contract Management
- Logistics, planning and strategy
- Budget and Forecast’s
- Capital planning for NPI point of contact
- Liaising with NPI work groups to enable smooth running of tasks and project work
- Previous people management
- Strong interpersonal skills
