**Location**:
Leinster is located in the northern region of the Goldfields. The Leinster Village and Township offer a unique lifestyle with all the modern conveniences - an Olympic size swimming pool, health, and fitness center, race-course, and even an 18 hole golf course.

Employees commute to and from Perth on a fly-in / fly-out roster or have the option to live residentially in Leinster.
Mt Keith is located 80 kms from Leinster with an airport and Village.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Principal People, Logistics and Strategy, you will be responsible for supporting the NPI team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Logistics, planning and strategy
- Undertake stakeholder engagement to ensure understanding of future requirements for departments
- Capital planning for NPI point of contact
- Liaising with NPI work groups to enable smooth running of tasks and project work
- Work with the Principal people, logistics and strategy
- Submission of documentation for Capital Funding
- Assist with generation of reports as required by the business
- Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business processes
- Assistance in planning and execution of any project activities as required
- Validation and cleansing of SAM and workflow profile data
- Assisting/liaising with Village superintends for logistics planning and execution
- Identification and communication of critical issues arising from departmental meetings

**About You**:

- Previous Contract Management
- Experience in Logistics, planning and strategy
- Budget and Forecast’s
- Strong interpersonal skills
