**About the role**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Innovation Manager is responsible for driving the Innovation agenda and process for the Beverages and Milk division of Lactalis Australia. The role ensures that the Innovation Plan (min 3 year horizon) is formulated, communicated and implemented to underpin strategic growth objectives.

In addition to this, the Innovation Manger will be directly responsible for leading, managing and executing the CSR plans for the liquids division in consultation with the Marketing Manager.

The role location is open to any of the eastern seaboard markets, based in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.

Responsibilities include:

- Analysing market trends, share, and brand health data to identify issues and opportunities. Initiative activities and plans to respond to these, including recommending any new product opportunities screening them for potential and feasibility.
- In consultation with the Marketing Manager and Category Portfolio Marketing Managers, build and manage the delivery of a medium term innovation pipeline for the beverages and milk categories for Lactalis.
- Managing major innovation projects (defined as strategic innovation) including concept development, CAPEX submissions and successful launch of new propositions in market.
- Being accountable for the successful management of cross-functional project teams to deliver and launch innovation projects both on time & within business case parameters.
- Managing and communicating the innovation agenda within the liquids division
- Leading the CSR plans, and managing / executing projects to ensure Lactalis sustainability objectives are met over the long term.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in Innovation Process management
- At least 5 years' experience within FMCG particularly dairy
- Obtain tertiary level qualifications Min. Bachelor of Commerce/Business (Marketing Major).
- You thrive in an autonomous environment and have the confidence to be proactive and take action
- Have sound experience with planning and executing in market plans
