**About the Company**

My client is one of the world's leading suppliers of utility-scale renewable energy projects. They are known throughout the industry for delivering, operating, and maintaining high-quality, cost-effective projects across the globe.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Acquisitions and Development Manager for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of financial and document control systems used for the management of the Acquisitions and Development department, and under our projects.

**The purpose of the role is to**:

- Ensure that sound controls are applied to the department and to the management of the ownership interest of our projects;
- Project Controls shall include but not be limited to; Contract Administration, Correspondence Management, Document Management, and Financial Administration - including the use of the company accounting system, MYOB Advanced, and SAP when introduced

**Operate Project Control systems for assigned Projects;**
- Manage Project Correspondence
- Administer Contracts under the direction of the Project Development Manager; including;
- _Writing and registering Purchase Orders._
- _Administering contractual terms and conditions_
- _Registering, preparing and tracking variations for cost and time_
- _Monitor status of securities, insurances, warranties_
- _Record and monitor key contract dates._
- Manage Project Documentation, including transmitting documents, maintaining document register’s for key project documents (such as maps) and monitoring document review work flows.
- Administer cost tracking against budget including actual, committed and forecast spend.
- Administer Financial aspects of Contracts, including progress claims

**Key requirements**
- 2+ years in a similar role within renewable energy or infrastructure construction
- Excellent with Excel
- Financial administration and document management experience
- Good team player
- Proactive and self-starting
