These positions will be offered as Casual to cover morning, afternoon and night shifts and will be located in our homely facility a Goulburn.

**As a Care Service Employee, you will**:

- Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities
- Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing
- Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids
- Assist in mealtimes and social activities.
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
- Experience in similar role in aged care
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
- Flexible to do AM/PM and night shifts on a rotating roster
