
Customer Service Consultant

The Customer Service Consultant role is one of the first points of contact for Southern Cross Care (SCC) clients as they consider accessing our services. In this office based role you will have responsibility for building strong relationships with your key stakeholders both internal and external, as you support and assist our client’s and their families journey as they consider our services and the transition into aged care.

**Experience Required**:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong computer literacy with intermediate skills with Microsoft office
- Excellent phone manner
- High attention to detail
- Kind and empathetic nature
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
This role will suit people who thrive in a corporate and professional working environment
Aged Care experience would be highly advantageous
As this is a full-time permanent position we require you to have permanent residency with full working rights.
