**About Us**:
Join our dynamic kitchen team at Costa’s Seafood Cafe, where we serve fresh, delicious meals with a focus on quality. We're seeking a motivated individual to assist with food preparation (mainly salads) and learn the art of grilling under the guidance of our experienced cook team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare fresh ingredients for salads and other dishes
- Learn and assist with cooking on the grill
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

**Requirements**:

- A passion for food and learning new skills
- Willingness to learn grill cooking techniques
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to start early
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
