CapellaBay, a 133 bed residential aged care facility located in the heart of Capalaba. The quiet waters of the Bay are a haven for boating and fishing enthusiasts, as well as family day’s out and shopping centres, schools and medical centres are just around the corner from the residence

**The Job**:
Part time role 3 to 4 shifts per week, including weekends. Shifts are 6:30am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm

You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. You will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.
- Assisting in the preparation, delivery, presentation and serving of resident meals.
- Cleaning the food preparation and consumption areas, cooking equipment and utensils.
- Cater for special occasions such as birthdays, cultural and religious occasions, meetings and events.
- Assist in maintaining the dining and adjacent rooms in a clean and hazard free condition.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Willingness to take direction from others
- Reliability and shift flexibility
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
