Property Management Representative

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a well organised and friendly Property Management Representative or Property Manager to join our real estate office. We require a person who is positive and enthusiastic with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

No two days are the same in property management so you must be flexible, hardworking and professional with the right initiative.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with tenants, landlords and trades
- Advertising rental properties and preparing lease documents
- Have an understanding of property management legislation and procedures
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections, as well as routine inspections to ensure properties are well maintained
- Handle repairs and maintenance requests
- Using our PM software including Property Tree and Inspection Manager
- Rent reviews
- Tribunal preparation

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in Property Management
- Drivers License
- Holder a current Real Estate License
- Ability to work on a full time basis - five days per week
- Fantastic communication skills and problem solving skills
- Well presented
- Good team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Local area knowledge - living near or within the area is preferred
- Salary is dependant on experience _

**Salary**: From $63,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
