About the Role

As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, driving performance while ensuring our customers and team members experience the highest standards. You will lead a team of 30+ staff, managing budgets, profitability, merchandising, and compliance, while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring operational excellence across all departments
  • Manage budgets, profit & loss, stock, and merchandising to maximise results and minimise shrinkage
  • Lead, coach, and develop a large team, promoting performance and accountability
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong community connections
  • Uphold compliance in WHS, food safety, and licensing requirements
  • Effectively resolve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and workplace safety
What We Are Looking For:
  • Strong operational management experience in a large retail environment
  • Exoerience in managing budgets, P&L, and stock control
  • Proven leadership of large teams (30+) across multiple departments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Basic computer skills (knowledge of Grocery Manager and/or Humanforce workforce management highly regarded)
  • Flexibility to work weekends as required
  • Commitment to a safe, hygienic, and customer-focused workplace
