This position will be responsible for coordinating the design, development and implementation of enhancements to pre-court engagement (PCE) for family violence intervention order matters.
- ** Salary range: $101,869 - $118,844 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging**:

**About the role**
Join the Family Violence, Projects and Innovation (FVPI) Program in the Family, Youth and Children's Law (FYCL) Directorate. We are a multidisciplinary team that supports FYCL to deliver on projects, policies and programs with a family violence lens.
- This position will be primarily responsible for the design, development and implementation of enhancements to pre-court engagement (PCE) for family violence intervention order matters. This includes monitoring, reporting and evaluation, internal and external stakeholder engagement, development of resources and activities to promote continuous improvement. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on other projects focused on innovation and improving the quality of our services.
- This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country._

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in projects, particularly in the public sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to use those skills to influence and negotiate with people across all levels.
- An understanding of family violence intervention orders and legislation.
