
Sales and Business Development Specialist

**The Role**: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive client acquisition and manage relationships. This position is based in the Sydney Metropolitan area, and will focus on driving growth and expanding our market presence across New South Wales.
This is a part-time position with 24 hours of work per week, with the potential to transition to full-time employment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**
- Re-engage past clients and nurture ongoing relationships.
- Identify market gaps and new business development opportunities.
- Qualify and assess client recruitment needs.
- Schedule and attend client meetings alongside the Director.
**Industry Knowledge & Development**:
- Identify trends and emerging opportunities through market research, networking, and attendance at industry events.
- Attend industry meetups, conferences, and relevant events to network and promote 6AM Digital.
- Stay informed on trends in the digital, tech, and AI recruitment landscape.
**Secondary Responsibilities (Recruitment Focus)**:
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the CRM.
**About You**:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a strong ability to multitask.
- Passion for the digital, tech, and AI space

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
