**Group Gaming Coordinator, Full time**

St Johns Park Bowling Club is a leading employer in the hospitality industry in South-Western Sydney and currently has a full-time position available for a Group Gaming Coordinator to join the dynamic and friendly team. The Group Gaming Coordinator is responsible for the Gaming operations at St Johns Park Bowling Club, Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club, Wallacia Country Club, and Balmain Bowling Club.

The role reports to the General Manager. This position would suit an exceptional Gaming analyst looking to take the next step in their career.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Analyse and report gaming data to COO.
- Investigate and resolve poker machine disputes.
- Recommendations for improvements in the gaming area driven by data.
- Assist with monitoring and reviewing gaming operations.
- Ensure gaming and operational compliance in line with regulations & legislation
- Assist with planning and implementing gaming machine moves.
- Assist with day-to-day operations on the gaming floor.
- Supervise Gaming Analyst.
- Assist with ad hoc duties from time to time.

To be considered for this position:

- Intermediate level with Microsoft Excel and experience with the **Konami system** or a similar Gaming System.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and taking pride in accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem solving and process thinking skills
- Demonstrated Leadership experience
- Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming
- Previous gaming experience is preferred
- Flexible with working evenings and weekends as required.
- Able to travel to our other sites such as Tuncurry Beach Bowling, Wallacia Country Club, Balmain Bowling Club as required.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
