**Help Shape Futures at C&K Kingston Community Kindergarten**

As our respected **Administration Assistant at C&K Kingston Community Kindergarten**, based at Springfield, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Kindergarten operates smoothly by assisting with an array of administrative and financial tasks. You will be a part of a strong collaborative team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.
- **10 hours a week, Monday 5 hours and either Thursday or Friday 5 hours**:

- **C&K Kingston is located on Laughlin Street, Kingston, on the Kingston State School grounds.**

**If you are looking for additional hours, we currently have two more Administrative Assistant opportunities available at**:

- **C&K Durack Community Kindergarten - Fixed-term, part-time position every Thursday and Friday from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm, until 12th December 2025.**:

- **C&K Logan Village Community Kindergarten - Permanent, part-time position every Wednesday (5 hours per week).**

**What you’ll bring**

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success.

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check
- A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- A current Driver Licence.

We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
