**This role will involve**
- **Leading the development and deployment of consolidated data platforms
- Designing accessible high-performing systems that drive business intelligence
- Creating and governing reference architectures, data integration patterns and foundational artefacts
- Translating complex business challenges into technical roadmaps and scalable solutions
- Conducting future-state planning to support data innovation and executive decision-making
- Developing and mentoring a high-performing team while promoting an inclusive and collaborative culture
- Partnering across business units to align strategic goals with technical capabilities

**To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate**
- **Proven leadership in designing enterprise-scale data solutions and platforms
- A strong grasp of cloud infrastructure, data governance, and integration best practices
- The ability to research emerging technologies and make strategic, cost-effective recommendations
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement, balancing diverse needs, and building trusted relationships
- Experience delivering robust, customer-focused services in a regulatory or complex environment
