**About the Role**
We’re seeking an Apprentice Fitter to join our Stapylton Can Manufacturing Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on a day shift 7am - 3.30pm. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working under the supervision of qualified Fitters to complete routine maintenance tasks.
- Attending TAFE and completing coursework to complete your apprenticeship.
- Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Ideally looking for apprentices in their 4th year or nearly completed their 3rd year.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments a bonus.
- Mechanically minded and interested in hands-on tasks.
- Passion for your trade and willingness to learn.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
