**The Opportunity**:
It’s an exciting time to work at ElectraNet as we play a key role in the integration of renewable energy in South Australia and stand at the forefront of the industry’s rapid transformation.

In addition, you’ll:

- Benefit from working collaboratively with ElectraNet’s experienced Land and Approvals Team.
- Provide technical expertise and operational support for securing land, easements, and agreements for capital projects, as well as leasing and licensing arrangements.
- Offer property-based services, including property condition assessments, compensation, and valuation advice to support landholder claims.
- Maintain strong relationships with landholders and industry stakeholders, addressing queries, concerns, and resolving land-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for landholder engagement, risk management, and environmental and cultural heritage considerations.
- Utilise GIS tools to manage geospatial property information and streamline scoping and estimating processes.

You’re a self-motivated and ambitious person who thrives in a high performance team environment and enjoys building effective and lasting relationships. You always seek to achieve the right outcome, adopt a service delivery mentality and you’re excited by the opportunity to help South Australia’s movement towards 100% renewable energy.

To accompany this, you’ll have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline
- As a guide, minimum 5 years of experience in a discipline related role
- Demonstrated experience in property research and knowledge of land tenure systems
- Significant experience in landowner/stakeholder engagement and the negotiation of property transactions
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of external planning and environmental approvals in an infrastructure context
