**Requirements of the position**
- The Agile Coach will work closely together with organisational leaders, Chapter Leads and cross
- You will coach multiple high performing individuals, teams and organisations on agile mindsets and behaviours in a way that ensures full team engagement
- You will focus on using agile as a means towards measurable and sustained digital, business, customer, and employee outcomes.
- You will facilitate workshops, boot camps, training and sessions at team or organisation level on agile knowledge and ways of working.

**Skills that are needed**
- 8 years coaching Agile leaders and teams in an enterprise environment
- Experience implementing and coaching Agile at scale using appropriate frameworks to suit
- Experience in leading and facilitating multiple learning and delivery programs supporting
- Implementation of Agile ways of working
- Strong team player, collaborator, and mentor
- ICF Certified Coach (or another certification)
