SensesWA is a leading not-for-profit organisation with over 126 years’ history in providing disability services in Western Australia. Our purpose is to build capacity by providing comprehensive services, specialising in sensory loss, positive behaviour support and children’s therapies.

We are currently seeking passionate and aspiring Support Workers to support our clients in Joondalup, Burns Beach, Currambine, Duncraig and surroundings City of Joondalup region to engage in new experiences, establish community connections, develop independent living skills and reach their personal goals.

At SensesWA, we focus on offering targeted training so we can seamlessly match a person with a disability with the right support worker.

**Essential Criteria**:

- An ability and willingness to participate and support people in a range of social and leisure activities;
- Proof of working rights
- Copy of VEVO check and Passport;
- Current ‘First Aid’ certificate (with at least 1 year validity remaining);
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- Current WA Working With Children's Check; and
- Current Australian Driver’s License and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Willingness to undergo various related paid trainings as provided by the organisation;
- Certificate III or IV in Disability.
