Elba Incorporated requires dedicated support workers to join our team on a permanent basis. Our member is a quadraplegic and has a wonderful outlook on life All training is provided to help care for them.

This position will be for permanent shifts - we are looking for Support Workers to fill our various shifts available - we have morning and afternoon shifts. All training provided.

**As Elba Incorporated is a not for profit organisation, all employees employed can Salary Sacrifice part of their pay up to $15900 a year, this is a great tax benefit.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Medication Administration
- Personal Care including Bladder & Bowel Care (Suppositories)
- Hoisting or slide board to assist in transferring to and from bed to commode, wheelchair.
- To assist members with a range of activities including:
1. Personal hygiene (including toileting), grooming and presentation; bathing and brushing teeth

2. General household, food preparation, shopping & environmental maintenance tasks;
3. Activities of interest in the home and local community;
4. Daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning rooms and laundry

**Does this role suit you? Do you have the following**:

- NDIS worker screening check required prior to start
- Covid-19 Vaccination up to date.
- Drivers Licence

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-35 per week

**Salary**: $30.95 - $42.64 per hour
