Are you passionate about health, wellness, and creating amazing customer experiences? StretchLab Balgowlah is looking for a dynamic and customer focused **Reception & Sales Assistant** to join our growing team

**StretchLab**is a unique wellness concept, offering one-on-one assisted stretching in a fun, energetic open studio environment. Our team is committed to helping our clients move better, feel better, and live better.

As our **Reception & Sales Assistant**, you’ll be the friendly face of our studio supporting our General Manager. You’ll greet and assist clients, manage bookings, support the sales process, and help ensure our studio runs smoothly day-to-day.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment
- Manage bookings and client check-ins using our scheduling system
- Support sales efforts by assisting with memberships, and retail product sales
- Assist with sales leads and client retention activities to grow the StretchLab community
- Ensure all operational policies, procedures, and checklists are followed and up to date
- Monitor and manage studio stock levels and consumables
- Support the planning and delivery of events and promotions
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable studio
- Provide administrative support to the managers and studio team as needed

**About You**:

- A people person with outstanding customer service skills
- Sales-driven with a genuine interest in health and wellness
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment
- Experience in a similar role (fitness/wellness studio, retail, hospitality, etc.) is a bonus

Your position will have some occasional evening or weekend shifts as/when required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
