We are currently looking for someone with great time management skills and can work in a diverse environment to join our team as an Enrolments officer.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Co-ordinate small business training enrolments
- Provide assistance to Business Coaches and Trainers
- Provide accurate record management and data entry
- Liaise with staff members to achieve a high level of services to existing and new clients

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Proven customer service skills, preferably frontline communications
- Strong computer skills; particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
- Highly developed interpersonal skills developing and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high level of customer service, quality and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous Employment Services experience highly regarded
