- Deliver trusted advice on all aspects of employee relations including performance, conduct, grievances, and industrial instrument interpretation.
- Lead low-risk workplace investigations with professionalism and empathy.

- 3+ years of experience in Employee or Workplace Relations, preferably in a large or complex organisation.
- Solid generalist HR knowledge, with hands-on experience in case management and investigations.
- A degree in Business, Law, HR, or a related discipline.
- A natural ability to coach, influence, and build capability—especially when guiding leaders through tricky people matters.
- A trauma-informed mindset and a genuine, empathetic approach to supporting others.
- Experience with project management or working in organisations navigating transformation, will be an added bonus.
**So why join us?**
- 20 weeks of paid leave for primary carers with flexible return options.
- Thrive in a culture of personal and professional growth.
