**Essential qualifications for the role;**
- Cert III (recognised by ACECQA)
- Current approved work with children's check
- Organisational skills
- Oral and written skills

- Strong computer skills
- Able to adapt to change
- passion for providing quality early childhood curriculum
- Enthusiastic, motivated, professional, flexible, and reliable.
- You must be committed to your professional development (training programs, workshops and team networking are also provided.)
- Able to work in a passionate, committed and highly driven team of educators
- A desire to contribute and implement Sustainable practices
- Knowledge and relevant skills in documenting children's learning through observations
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and National Regulations
- Ability to form and maintain professional relationships with families, children and other Educators
