**The Role**
As an invoicing officer, you will be a part of a highly organized and friendly invoicing team with the main focus of your role being invoicing work that has already been carried out and forwarding the invoice to the customer. Your role will also include various other tasks like corresponding with customers, preparing reports for management, and liaising with supervisors regarding ongoing and upcoming projects. In this role you will be:

- Creating invoices from work dockets
- Submission of invoices to customers
- Processing of rate sheets and quotes
- Managing and updating customer information within the database
- Preparing reports (mainly in excel) for internal and external use
- Liaise with other departments and depots with ongoing jobs
- Contacting customers to gain necessary information regarding relevant jobs
- Various other administrational tasks around invoicing

**About You**
- A motivated and proactive working attitude
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Good organizational, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience with MYOB or similar accounting program
- Knowledge of the construction and building industry is preferred but not essential
