SIXT Australia is seeking a permanent **Full Time Junior Commercial Analyst** to join the team.

**About the Role**:
The Junior Commercial Analyst is the finance business partner for Operations, Fleet Management and Property teams. This role is responsible for leading analysis and reporting on activities to drive cost effective growth that will be key to the Sixt Australian business achieving its ambitious growth targets. This team member will work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to support strategic decision making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain productive and trusted working relationships and influence across business functions
- Prepare and articulate analysis and insights to various stakeholder groups throughout the business
- Ensure timely preparation, distribution and presentation of financial performance and key performance indicators (vs forecast and vs trends)
- Feed into and prepare accurate modelling and present summaries for the annual budget and forecasts
- Manage and prioritise own workload, as well as manage stakeholder expectations and timelines
- Contribute to the direct team’s success by supporting broader team activities and initiatives
- Develop reporting and tools to support business decision making using range of tools available (e.g. Excel, TM1, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- CA / CPA qualified (preferred, but not essential)
- Strong data analysis, modelling and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting business requirements and priorities
- Advanced Excel skills
- The ability to pick up new databases and systems quickly
- Experience using financial systems and Business Intelligence tools in a commercial environment (e.g. TM1, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)
- SQL programming language skills (advantageous, but not essential)
