**Health and Safety Advisor** Due to continued growth across Australia, Georgiou is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our project-based civil engineering teams. You will experience an environment where your contribution will be highly valued and where you can really make a difference. **What you will do**: - Work closely with key stakeholders to develop effective relationships that facilitate the successful communication and implementation of Georgiou’s HSE systems - Ensure project teams are adequately trained to perform their HSE responsibilities and provide ongoing coaching to ensure total compliance with internal HSE systems and legislative requirements - Support the business in the preparation of toolbox and HSE pre-start content - Implements and communicates improvements and strategies in response to changes impacting HSE activities - Maintaining and assisting in the ongoing development of Georgiou’s HSE systems - Influence a positive attitude and commitment towards safety across the business **What you are good at**: Aside from having experience in a previous safety role with working knowledge ideally within the civil construction industry and chain of responsibility requirements.
