We’re seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team and play a vital role in managing the smooth operation of accounts payables. This full-time, permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and innovative organisation with support from an experienced team of finance professionals.
**What You’ll Do**:

- Process invoices accurately and efficiently within specified deadlines.
- Reconcile supplier statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Manage payment runs, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding payment queries.
- Contribute to month-end closing activities by providing necessary reports and information.
- Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
