**How will I help?**
We’re all about ‘people helping people’ - and our St George Virtual Lending Managers are in the front line of that ambition. You’ll help families and individuals across Australia start something new - whether it’s their first home, upsizing for a growing family, or investing for their future. You’ll coach, guide and help our customers achieving their dreams by making things clear and simple, steering them towards the right products and services to save them time and hassle.

**What do I need?**
Home lending experience, and a rock-solid understanding of how we can help. That means you’ll need home lending experience in either a face to face or video lending role, and have a natural ability to build relationships quickly and easily with customers.
- Sense of urgency and ability to effectively time manage
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Tenacious, determined, and resilient personality

You’ll also know our mortgage products and services inside out, handling end-to-end mortgage sales and services, with some flexibility to work extended trading hours now and again.
