**Trainee Install Position Available - Join Our Growing Team**

Uniq Services is a trusted name in window furnishing cleaning, supply, and installation. We have proudly served our customers since 2007. Formerly known as Amazing Clean Curtains and Blinds, we rebranded in 2019 to expand our services and better support our valued clients. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a motivated offsider/trainee for our Install team. We offer great working conditions and family friendly work life balance.

**About the role**:
1. Measure and assess windows to determine the appropriate window furnishings and installation requirements

2. Carefully install a variety of window furnishings, including blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings to the highest standard

3. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a seamless installation process and addressing any client queries or concerns

4. Maintain a clean and tidy work area throughout the installation process

5. Liaise with the sales and project management teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of installations

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of installation processes and procedures

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in window furnishings is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided.
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills - you’ll be working in customers’ homes.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A self-starter with good problem-solving skills, especially while on the road.
- Competence in using power tools and working safely on ladders.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
