The Operations Division manages the effective delivery of QRA managed funding programs, including responsibility for overseeing the successful delivery of State Disaster Relief Arrangements (SDRA), joint State and Commonwealth Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) and resilience funded projects by non-government organisations, State and Local Government agencies.
The Portfolio Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of many QRA funding programs to ensure that individual programs are transparent, managed consistently and delivered efficiently.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple QRA funding programs (time, cost, scope, quality).
- Understand and oversee delivery agent and funding program risk.
- Investigate and resolve key funding program issues in support of the Portfolio Director.
- Provide strategic guidance to the Portfolio Director (and others) on program performance, lessons learnt and risks, whilst co-ordinating the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Commonwealth or State engagement when required for the benefit of the program.

**Support the evolution of QRA by**:

- Connecting QRA business units to collaborate for the benefit of the program.
- Promoting consistency across funding programs.
- Seeking opportunities to drive evolution and continuous improvement.
- Mentoring key roles involved in portfolio / program management.
- Be prepared to coordinate key portfolio activities including, but not limited to, new program/package implementation, monthly/quarterly reviews, schedule and risk management, and re-allocations.
- Support funding program audits and lead QRA response to audit findings when required.
- This role reports to the Portfolio Director and has no direct reports.
