My client, a leading digital innovator, is seeking a highly motivated, and experienced Portfolio or Program Manager to lead a relatively small group of projects as part of a wider internal transformation program.

Currently there are about 10 Projects about to start or inflight internally across Security, Systems, Infrastructure, Facilities without specific project leadership. The firm needs someone to come on board and take ownership of these. This means liaising with internal stakeholders and tech teams, 3rd parties, bringing in a level of governance and control, budgeting P&L, negotiating with suppliers and setting deadlines. While none of the projects are huge (500k-2m), they are complex and critical, and the overall portfolio is significant to the business.

The firm is highly Agile and as such experience around Agile will be a big bonus, however due to the nature of projects not all can be delivered to Agile process

This role will be reporting into CTO and Program Director. Contract is likely to run 1-2 years and potential to go permanent if desired.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Managing the portfolio of projects, focussing around technology, costing and business transformation
- Enabling and supporting delivery initiatives across teams
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget with the project scope controlled.
- Mobilising a team to work within a highly Agile and fast-paced environment
