TalentWeb are delighted to exclusively partner with one of the world's largest
**media brands** in their search for a Digital Manager to join their cohesive and collaborative team in Sydney.

You will help execute the tactical planning, implementation and activation of digitally purchased media campaigns, leveraging a combination of real-time and guaranteed buying across both open exchanges, direct publishers and Social platforms. The role partners with the Campaign Management team to offer account optimization strategies to drive performance.

Overall, you're passionate about the broader media industry and will be a key player in the growth of the Programmatic team. You enjoy working in a team environment and collaborating with others to solve problems and deliver exceptional work.

**What you will deliver**:

- Execute bid and buy strategies across social, mobile, video and display adhering to client performance and pricing guidelines
- Ensure full delivery and performance standards of advertising campaigns are met
- Recommend forward thinking strategies and opportunities for improvement in bid and buy strategies
- Adhere to the appropriate SLA's during daily activities
- Communicate with your Team Lead on process and analytics improvement opportunities
- Produce robust post campaign analysis by utilizing data via Demand Side Platform buying tool
- Utilize your deep understanding of actionable optimization opportunities to execute on these.

**What skills you need for this role**:

- Experience working in the Programmatic and Social digital media buying & planning space with focus on strategy and execution
- Must have in-platform execution experience managing campaigns and making decisions (Facebook Ads Manager and The Trade Desk/DV360)
- Excellent communication skills.
