**Company**: is a federal government owned finance company set up assist indigenous people to start and grow businesses, Invest in opportunities and create new employment.

Transactions will range in size from $50,000 to over $1 million.

Credit recommendations need to be justified using sound credit rationale. They are building a sustainable portfolio, in a market where credit policies need to leave room to underwrite deals, that would breach many bank credit policies.

The role will assist with PPSR (security) and recovery actions or workout options. Even though this is commercial lending, you will need sensitivity to hardship.
- Strong financial acumen, in assessing P&L, Balance sheet and cashflow movements
- Commercial lending experience, focused on depreciating equipment and intangible assets as a focus
- Strong communication and culturally sensitive to Indigenous issues
- Strong ethics, looking to empower the indigenous community
