**Salary $93,295 - $ 102,941 + Super**
**Your role**
The purpose of this role is to support the design and implementation of a range of projects, in line with the directorate’s responsibilities, which improve Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) service delivery or operations and contribute to better outcomes for Aboriginal people including individuals, families, groups and communities.
**What you’ll do**
The Assistant Project Officer role will be a very diverse and fast paced role requiring you to be working at the most efficient and effective rate as possible.
The responsibilities in this role will include (but are not limited too):
- Supporting the design, implementation and coordination of projects that deliver effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs
- Working with the project team as well as other AHO team members to assist with the implementation and completion of multiple projects aiding the team to reach the desired outcomes within the required timeframes
- Undertaking research and analysis to improve project processes and outcomes
- Booking travel for the team
- Maintaining document records and assisting with team admin such as organising meeting, training and recording minutes
- Maintaining the AHO policy register and online policy system
- Assist with any adhoc administration duties required by the project and wider team
